1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Mobali Timesheet ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Mobali Solutions OÜ ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Estonia.

2. Description of Service

Mobali Timesheet is a time tracking, project management, and invoicing application designed for businesses. The Service allows users to track time, manage projects, generate reports, and create invoices.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate and complete information
  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Free Plan

The Starter plan is free for single users with limited features as described on our pricing page.

Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are in Euros (EUR) and exclude applicable VAT, which will be added based on your location.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your complete credit card information.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. After this period, payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use the Service to infringe on intellectual property rights

6. Your Data

Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.

Data Export

You may export your data at any time through the Service's export functionality. Upon account termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.

Backups

We maintain regular backups of the Service, but we recommend you keep your own copies of important data.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user data), is owned by Mobali Solutions OÜ and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobali Solutions OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mobali Solutions OÜ from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the Service settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
